Land taken for Street in the Borough of Motueka.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Motueka as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109560, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of December, 1941.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for Road in Blocks XI and XII, Belmont Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 28 of the third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3073, taking land for road in Blocks XI and XII, Belmont Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 1·19 perches.
Being part Subdivision A, Ngahauranga Native Reserve, being part Section 8, Harbour District.
Situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 20834.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112840, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of December, 1941.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for Road in Blocks XII, IV, and VIII, Tadmor Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 44 of the twenty-ninth day of the same month, at page 1469, taking land for road in Blocks XII, IV, and VIII, Tadmor Survey District, as affects the area of 1 rood 24 perches described in the Schedule thereto as being part Section 153, Square 5.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of December, 1941.
