CORRIGENDUM.

Wellington, 17th September, 1940.
In the Gazette No. 93 of the 5th day of September, 1940,
at page 2278, under the heading "Inspector under the
Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, appointed" for "Herbert Victor
Boyd" read "Herbert Victor Bond."

Additional Land at Sunnyside taken for the Purposes of the
Kaiparaโ€“Waikato Railway, and for Road-diversion in
connection therewith.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, con-
venience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato
Railway to take further land at Sunnyside in addition to land
previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway, and
to take land for road-diversion in connection therewith:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by
sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and
authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
FOR RAILWAY.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land:-
A. R. P.
0 0 18-61 Part of road; coloured green.
0 0 25 Part of stream-bed; coloured sepia.
0 0 3 Part of stream-bed; coloured sepia.
FOR ROAD-DIVERSION.
Approximate area of the piece of land : 4-97 perches.
Part Railway land, Proclamation 9879; coloured blue.
Situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, Waitemata
County. (S.O. 31185.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6236,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of
September, 1940.

Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required
for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be
Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 39-02 perches.
Being part Lot 15, D.P. 1588, and being part of Suburban
Section 1041, Town of Palmerston North.
Situated in Block XI, Kairanga Survey District (City of
Palmerston North). (S.O. 333/43.)
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97305,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of
September, 1940.
