Minimum quantity, 4 tons per four-wheeled wagon and 50 tons per week from Wellington to Hastings and Napier and/or Napier and Hastings to Wellington. Owners to load and unload. Participation in this rate is subject to the conclusion of a special agreement with the Department.
Petone Stations Auckland—Palmerston North—Wairoa inclusive, including stations on branch lines Dried fruit, packed, direct ex factory 52s. 9d. per ton. Minimum quantity 8 tons per four-wheeled wagon.
Masterton or Solway Wellington, Petone, or Lower Hutt Sawn pinus insignis timber 3s. 2d. per 100 super. ft.
Napier or Hastings Wellington Fresh fruit and fresh vegetables as described in Reg. 85, General Scale of Charges, and Classes C, D, E, and E plus 50 per cent., excepting benzine in bulk or in drums, explosives, dairy produce, and frozen meat. Owner's risk 31s. per ton. Minimum quantity, 4 tons per four-wheeled wagon and 50 tons per week from Hastings and Napier to Wellington and/or Wellington to Hastings and Napier. Owners to load and unload. Participation in this rate is subject to the conclusion of a special agreement with the Department.
