(1) The Tutamoe Domain Board from three to five members and to appoint William Brock Smith and Donald William Smith as the additional members thereby rendered necessary.
(2) The Horohoro-Ngakuru Domain Board from seven to nine members and to appoint Reginald William Golledge and Christopher Jespersen as the additional members thereby rendered necessary.
(3) The Willsher Domain Board from seven to nine members and to appoint the Chairman of the Clutha County Council, ex officio, and the member of the Clutha County Council representing the South Molyneux Riding, ex officio, as the additional members thereby rendered necessary.
