SCHEDULE.

The north-eastern side of all that portion of street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Dalmeny Street, fronting part Lot 17, D.P. 72, Township of Maybank, being part Section 49, Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin District.

Also the north-western side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city, known as Botting Street, fronting part Lot 17, D.P. 72, Township of Maybank, being part Section 49, Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107802, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Gaine Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of August, 1940.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, viz.:

"That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets herein-after mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the northern side of Gaine Street to which Sections 196a, 196r, and 196g, New Plymouth, have frontages";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Gaine Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

The northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Gaine Street, fronting Sections 196a, 196r, and 196g, Town of New Plymouth. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106905, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Portion of the Dargaville-Maungaturoto Main Highway, in the County of Otamatea, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of August, 1940.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Main Highways Board on the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty, viz.:

"The Main Highways Board, being the local authority having control of the Dargaville-Maungaturoto Main Highway, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the said highway fronting portion of Lot 3, L.T. plan 25514, and being part of Allotment S.W. 52, Parish of Paparoa, as shown coloured green on the plan marked P.W.D. 106474";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portion of the Dargaville-Maungaturoto Main Highway (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of sixty-six feet from the south-eastern boundary of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

All that portion of road in the North Auckland Land District, County of Otamatea, known as the Dargaville-Maungaturoto Main Highway, fronting Lot 3, L.T. plan 25514, and being part of Allotment S.W. 52, Parish of Paparoa. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106474, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington and thereon coloured green.

Portion of Halston Road, in the Borough of Mount Eden, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Mount Eden Borough Council on the twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty, viz.:

"That this Council declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Halston Road shown on the accompanying plan No. P.W.D. 104253, and thereon coloured red";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portion of Halston Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

All that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Eden, known as Halston Road, fronting Lots 1, 2, 4, and 5 on D.P. 27861, being part Allotment 109, Sectional 10, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104253, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for a Native school.
