IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Mawhera-iti Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a roadman’s cottage; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 10 perches.
Being Allotment 111, Town of Kihikihi.
Situated in Block VII, Puniu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30606.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105941, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
