Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Ataahua Domain.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of July, 1940.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Keith Holman Parkinson,
Frank Coop,
Iltyd Leonard Mautai Coop,
Cyril Ellesmere Gray, and
George Marten Turrell
to be the Ataahua Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at half-past two o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Ataahua Domain as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

to be the Paihia Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at two o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Paihia Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

to be the Mangamingi Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the tenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Mangamingi Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Cancelling the Vesting of Portion of a Reserve in the Mackenzie County Council.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of July, 1940.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve for gravel purposes and is vested in the Mackenzie County Council:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Mackenzie County Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Mackenzie County Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres 1 rood, more or less, being part Reserve 1693, situated in Block IV, Opawa Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the east by the Timaru–Fairlie Railway, 601·2 links, and towards the south, west, and north by Section 20, Rosewill Settlement, 868·0 links, 601·2 links, and 880·0 links respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 56953, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
