A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

Situated in Takapuna Parish, Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.).
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1940.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Palmerston North Deviation of the Wellington-New Plymouth Railway, and for Road-diversions in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 83 of the seventeenth day of the same month, at page 2394, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2752, taking land for the Palmerston North Deviation of the Wellington-New Plymouth Railway, and for road-diversions in connection therewith, as affects the areas of 16.4 perches and 3.7 perches described in the Schedule thereto as being parts Rural Section 527, Township of Palmerston, Block VII, Kairanga Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 2 roods 1 perch.
Being part land in Proclamation 9524 and formerly part Haroharo No. 8A Block.
Situated in Block IX, Rotoma Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30442.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107171, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1940.
