THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

(2) All Non-Commissioned Officers not already called out by Proclamation
of the 28th June, 1940, and all men of the following units,
except where otherwise stated:—

As from 2nd September, 1940:—

NEW ZEALAND ARTILLERY.

1st Field Regiment.
2nd Field Regiment.
3rd Field Regiment.
7th Medium Battery.
8th Medium Battery.

CORPS OF NEW ZEALAND ENGINEERS.

1st Field Company.
2nd Field Company.
3rd Field Company.

As from 16th September, 1940, fifty per cent. only of:—

NEW ZEALAND CORPS OF SIGNALS.

Northern District Signal Company.
Central District Signal Company.
Southern District Signal Company.

As from 1st October, 1940:—

INFANTRY.

1st Battalion, The Hauraki Regiment.
1st Battalion, The North Auckland Regiment.
1st Battalion, The Waikato Regiment.
1st Battalion, The Wellington West Coast Regiment.
1st Battalion, The Hawke’s Bay Regiment.
1st Battalion, The Taranaki Regiment.
1st Battalion, The Nelson, Marlborough, and West Coast Regiment.
1st Battalion, The Otago Regiment.
1st Battalion, The Southland Regiment.
The New Zealand Scottish Regiment.

(3) Officers, Warrant Officers, and Non-Commissioned Officers down to
and including fifty per cent. of Corporals, as from 1st November,
1940, and all other Non-Commissioned Officers, and all men, as
from 7th January, 1941, of the following units:—

1st Composite Company, New Zealand Army Service Corps.
2nd Composite Company, New Zealand Army Service Corps.
3rd Composite Company, New Zealand Army Service Corps.
1st Field Ambulance.
2nd Field Ambulance.
3rd Field Ambulance.

(4) As from 7th January, 1941, all Non-Commissioned Officers not
already called out as provided in (1) and (2) above, and all
men, of the following units:—

MOUNTED RIFLES.

Queen Alexandra’s (Wellington West Coast) Mounted Rifles.
The Auckland (East Coast) Mounted Rifles.
The Waikato Mounted Rifles.
The Manawatu Mounted Rifles.
The Wellington East Coast Mounted Rifles.
The North Auckland Mounted Rifles.

NEW ZEALAND CORPS OF SIGNALS.

Northern District Signal Company.
Central District Signal Company.
Southern District Signal Company.

(5) As from 3rd February, 1941, all Non-Commissioned Officers not
already called out as provided in (1) above, and all men, of
the following units:—

MOUNTED RIFLES.

The Canterbury Yeomanry Cavalry.
The Otago Mounted Rifles.
The Nelson-Marlborough Mounted Rifles.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that
Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1940.
