then ce continuing in an easterly direction, then in a generally
southerly direction along the Clifton County boundary to the
point where the said boundary is intersected by the
Puke Road in the north-western corner of Block XII, Upper
Waitara Survey District ; thence from this point taking a
straight line across country in a south-westerly direction to
the junction of the Tangitu Stream and the Waitara River
in Block X, Upper Waitara Survey District ; thence from
this point continuing across country again in a straight line
in a south-westerly direction to the Pouitota Trig. Station
on the Clifton County boundary in the south-western corner
of Block X aforesaid ; thence from this point continuing
in a generally north-westerly direction along the boundary
of the North Taranaki Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area as
previously gazetted to the point where the Gilbert Road
meets the sea-coast in the south-western portion of Block VII,
Mimi Survey District, being the original point of commence-
ment.

Declaring Additional Area to be Part of the Inglewood Bobby
Calf Marketing Pool Area.
Pursuant to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations
1939, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being
satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the
area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that
such area should be declared to be part of the Inglewood
Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area, defined by notice given
under my hand on the 3rd day of July, 1940, and published
in the Gazette on the 5th day of July, 1940, at page 1650,
do hereby declare the additional area of land defined in the
said Schedule to be part of the Inglewood Bobby Calf
Marketing Pool Area accordingly, and I do hereby declare
that this notice shall take effect on the 7th day of August,
1940.

INGLEWOOD BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.β
ADDITIONAL AREA.
All that area of land situated within the Taranaki County
and bounded by a line commencing at the point where the
Waiwakaiho River crosses the Inglewood County boundary
in Block X, Paritutu Survey District ; thence continuing in
a generally northerly direction down-stream along the
Waiwakaiho River to the point where the said river meets
the New Plymouth Borough boundary in the eastern portion
of Block V, Paritutu Survey District ; thence continuing
in a generally westerly direction along the said borough
boundary to the north-eastern corner of Section 38, Block IV,
Paritutu Survey District ; thence from this point taking a
straight line across country along the section boundaries in
a south-westerly direction to the Paritutu survey line ;
thence continuing in a generally south-easterly direction
along the Paritutu survey line to the south-eastern corner
of Section 53A, Block VIII, Paritutu Survey District ; thence
along the southern boundaries of Sections 53A and 53 afore-
said to the eastern boundary of Section 54A ; thence along
the eastern boundary of Section 54A in a south-easterly
direction ; thence along the south-eastern boundary of the
said Section 54A to Barrett Road ; thence along Barrett
Road in a generally southerly direction to the south-east
corner of Section 81, Block VIII aforesaid ; thence along
the south-eastern boundary of Sections 81 and 86, Block VIII
aforesaid, to the Nakara Stream ; thence along the said
stream in a generally southerly direction to the southern
boundary of Section 104, Block I, Egmont Survey District ;
thence along the said boundary to the eastern boundary of
Section 105 ; thence along the said boundary to the northern
boundary of Section 120 ; thence along the northern, eastern,
and southern boundaries of Section 120 to the Hurford
Road ; thence along the said road in a generally south-
westerly direction to Carrington Road ; thence continuing
in a generally south-westerly direction along Carrington Road
to the north-western corner of Section 12, Block V, Egmont
Survey District ; thence along the western boundary of the
said Section 12 and continuing in a straight line to the Egmont
Forest Reserve boundary in the southern portion of Block V,
Egmont Survey District ; thence continuing in a generally
easterly direction to the point where the Kaisuai Stream
crosses the Egmont Forest Reserve boundary in the south-
eastern portion of Block VI, Egmont Survey District ; thence
continuing along the boundary of the Inglewood Pool as
previously gazetted in a generally northerly direction to the
point on the said boundary where the Waiwakaiho River
crosses the Inglewood County boundary in Block X, Paritutu
Survey District, being the original point of commencement.

New Plymouth Aerodrome.
In the matter of the Public Works Amendment
Act, 1935, and in the matter of the New Plymouth
Aerodrome in the Taranaki Land District.
WHEREAS it has been agreed between James
Sarten, of Tikorangi, Farmer, and the Minister
of Public Works that a certain sum of money shall
be paid as compensation in respect of (inter alia) the
limitation of the height to which any buildings or
obstructions may be erected, or permitted, or allowed to
be erected, or permitted, on the land described in the
Schedule hereto on and after the twenty-sixth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred and forty ;
Now, therefore, I, Robert Semple, the Minister of
Public Works, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
vested in me by section 4 of the Public Works Amend-
ment Act, 1935, do hereby give notice for the purpose
of making the New Plymouth Aerodrome safe for
aviation purposesβ

That I prohibit the erection, placing, or extension,
without my consent of any building, pole, mast, or
other structure of any kind on the land described in the
Schedule hereto beyond a plane commencing at a height
of five feet at the boundary of the said aerodrome
where it adjoins the road at present known as Te
Arai Road and increased by one-twentieth part of the
distance measured horizontally between the said
boundary and the portion of the said land upon
which any building, pole, mast, or other structure is
proposed to be erected ; -
That I limit the height to which trees may be
grown or permitted to grow without my consent on the
land described in the said Schedule to the height
beyond which the erection, placing, or extension, without
my consent, of any building, pole, mast, or other
structure is prohibited by the last preceding clause
hereof.
SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land being parts Sections 73, 77,
78B, 79, and 80, Waitara West District, Blocks II and
III, Paritutu Survey District, and being the land com-
prised and described in Certificate of Title, Vol. 144,
folio 315, Taranaki Registry, such land being more
particularly shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 108372,
deposited in my office at Wellington, and thereon edged
green.

Redefining Boundaries of the Borough of Bluff, the County of
Southland, and the Waihopai Riding of the County of
Southland.
Department of Internal Affairs.
Wellington, 26th July, 1940.
Pursuant to the provisions of section 147 of the
Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, the boundaries of
the Borough of Bluff are hereby defined as set out in the First
Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the said borough having
been altered by Order in Council made under the Municipal
Corporations Act, 1933, dated the 7th day of March, 1940,
and published in Gazette No. 21 of the 14th day of March, 1940 ;
And also, in pursuance of the provisions of the said
section 147 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, the
boundaries of the County of Southland affected by the said
Order in Council are hereby defined as set out in the Second
Schedule hereto ;
And, in further pursuance of the provisions of the said
section 147 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, the
boundaries of the Waihopai Riding of the County of South-
land affected by the said Order in Council are hereby defined
as set out in the Third Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF THE BOROUGH OF BLUFF.
All that area in the Southland Land District, bounded :
Towards the north by the Bluff Harbour ; towards the east,
south, and west by Foveaux Strait ; and towards the north-
west by the south-eastern boundary of Section 19, Block I,
Campbelltown Hundred, produced from sea to sea.
