Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block VI,
Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land
in Paritutu Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
1 rood 1·6 perches.
Being portion of Section 141, Hua District; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood
0·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 142, Hua District;
coloured green.

All situated in Block VI, Paritutu Survey District.

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106130,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
July, 1940.

Thames County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road
the land in Thames Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as
road:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 16 Section 5; coloured blue.
0 2 10 Waihoanga No. 2 Block; coloured red.

Situated in Block I, Thames Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 30206.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103349,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
July, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the
portion of road in Puketapu Survey District described in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods
27 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Crown land and Ahuriri Lagoon
Reserve.

Situated in Block XVI, Puketapu Survey District (Hawke’s
Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1892, red.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107975,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
July, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of August, one thousand
nine hundred and forty.
