Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block III,
Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the
land in Alexandra Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as
road :—

0 0 33·9\ Being part Allotment 196, Karamu Parish ;
0 3 22·3/ coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—
A. R. P.
0 1 1·2\ Adjoining or passing through part Allot-
1 0 5·5/ ment 196, Karamu Parish ; coloured green.
All situated in Block III, Alexandra Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30576.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107855,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
July, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in
Komakorau Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
2 acres 0 roods 17·48 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 131, Parish of Komakorau ;
coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 2 roods
13·58 perches.
Adjoining Allotments 131 and 132, Parish of Komakorau ;
coloured green.
All situated in Block V, Komakorau Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30222.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107632,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
