Notice of Final Meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 232 of the Companies Act, 1933, that a general meeting of the members of the above company will be held in the offices of Messrs. Mitson, Bell, and Company, 24 Water Street, Dunedin, on Monday, 12th August, 1940, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator, and also of passing an extraordinary resolution disposing of the books, documents, and accounts of the company and the liquidator. The extraordinary resolution to be submitted to the members is the following :—

“That the books, documents, and accounts of the company and the liquidator be kept at the offices of Messrs. Mitson, Bell, and Company, Public Accountants, 24 Water Street, Dunedin, for a period of twelve months from the date of passing this resolution and thereafter that they be destroyed.”
