Land proclaimed as Road in Block I, Whitianga Survey District, Coromandel County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Whitianga Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :-
A. R P. Being
2 0 26 Land below mean high-water mark, being portion of Whenuakite River; coloured yellow.
0 0 18 Crown land ; coloured blue.
Situated in Block I, Whitianga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30382.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106502, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this llth day of July, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Titirangi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :-
A. R. P. 0 2 2 Being Crown land.
0 0 21 Situated in the Parish of Waikomiti, Block VII, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30401.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107292, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of July, 1940.
