LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 674 folio 250 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land being part of Rangitoto A 15E No. 2 Block, whereof WILLIAM FRANCIS WALTERS, of Otorohanga, Farmer, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 18th day of July, 1940.
