AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—PART TE AWAMUTU DOMAIN.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 7 acres 0 roods 32 perches, more or less, being the south-eastern portion of Allotment 223, Puniu Parish, bounded: Towards the north by south portion of Allotment 223, Puniu Parish, 156·1 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 1018·3 links; towards the south by Allotment 226 of the aforesaid parish, 1280·2 links; and towards the north-west by south portion of Allotment 223 aforesaid, 1407 links. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1029/37A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 12th day of July, 1940.

Revoking the Vesting of the Control of Scenic Reserves in the Moana Scenic Board.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

WHEREAS in pursuance of section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, the control of the scenic reserves described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Moana Scenic Board for a term of five years by a Warrant dated the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and published in Gazette of the sixth day of that month:

And whereas it is expedient that the said Warrant should be revoked:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, doth hereby revoke the Warrant hereinbefore referred to.


SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

RESERVE 807, Block IV, Brunner Survey District: Area, 135 acres 1 rood 2·9 perches, more or less.

Reserve 1449, Blocks II and IV, Brunner Survey District: Area, 30 acres, more or less.

Reserve 1234, Block IV, Hohonu Survey District: Area, 21 acres 0 roods 25 perches, more or less.

Reserve 1236, Block IV, Hohonu Survey District: Area, 53 acres 1 rood, more or less.

Reserve 1452, Block IV, Hohonu Survey District: Area, 118 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 12th day of July, 1940.
