Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Bunnythorpe Domain.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of July, 1940.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Charles Anderson,
James William Clevely, William Brookie Duthie, William Thompson Maxwell, Richard Charles Powell, William George Ranson, and John Scheidt to be the Bunnythorpe Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at half-past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Pavilion, Recreation-ground, Bunnythorpe, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

BUNNYTHORPE DOMAIN.โ€”WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SUBURBAN Sections 1501, 1502, 1503, and 1504, Town of Bunnythorpe : Area 44 acres 3 roods 23 perches, more or less.
Also Lots 67, 68, 69, 82, and part Lot 72, D.P. 217, being portion of Subdivision C of the Manchester Block, Block III, Kairanga Survey District : Area, 4 acres 1 rood 14 perches, more or less.

Members appointed to the Hikuai Public Hall Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of July, 1940.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of that month, the control of Section 24s, Hikuai Settlement, Block II, Tairua Survey District, Auckland Land District, a reserve for a site for a public hall, was vested in certain persons therein named who were by the said Order in Council constituted a special Board, by the name of the Hikuai Public Hall Board,

in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 :
And whereas it is desirable that Ida Veronica Prescott and Bernard Petersen, both of Hikuai, should be appointed members of the said Board in place of Cora Myrtle Agnew, left the district, and Michael Patrick Lennan, resigned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby appoint the said Ida Veronica Prescott and Bernard Petersen to be members of the Hikuai Public Hall Board constituted by the Order in Council dated the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, hereinbefore referred to, in place of the said Cora Myrtle Agnew, left the district, and Michael Patrick Lennan, resigned.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of July, 1940.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Ofa Davies, Francis Roy Herrick, Robert Bradley, James Murray, and Alexander David Hall to be the Victoria Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Papatawa, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SECTION 42, Block X, Woodville Survey District : Area, 23 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less.

Consenting to Stopping Portions of Road in Blocks VIII and XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of July, 1940.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waikato County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.
