A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Mangawhero Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99301, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of July, 1940.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the City of Wellington described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1·43 perches. Being portion of Lot 25, as defined on Survey Office plan No. 39/45, being also part Section 10, Ohiro District; coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
STREET CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 0·72 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lot 25, as defined on Survey Office plan No. 39/45, being also part Section 10, Ohiro District; coloured green. All situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20283.)
All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106734, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

All in the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107118, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
