ERRATUM.—In the Order in Council altering the boundaries of Borough of Whakatane and County of Whakatane, at page 1657 of Gazette No. 72, 11th July, for the date of enactment read “this 10th day of July, 1940.”
Land proclaimed as Road in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, Manukau County.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Otahuhu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:
A. R. P. 0 330-5 Allotment 10 on D.P. 7788; coloured red;
0 0 15 Allotment 10 on D.P. 7788, being land below mean high spring-tide mark, Manukau Harbour ; coloured blue.
0 0 5-5 Allotment 10 ; coloured blue.
0 0 11-9 Allotment 10 ; coloured yellow.
Situated in the Parish of Papakura, Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29197.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104387, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of July, 1940.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Kawakawa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 acres 0 roods 32-4 perches. Being portion of Lot 2, D.P. 24566, being part Sarah Hutton’s Grant; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 7-9 perches. Adjoining Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 24566, being part Sarah Hutton’s Grant; coloured green.
All situated in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30535.)
