Land taken for Road in Block VIII, Thames Survey District, Thames County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken:
2 acres 3 roods 3 perches.
Being portion of Te Umuroa No. 1 Block.
Situated in Block VIII, Thames Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30038.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103972, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1940.

Land taken for Street Purposes at Hamilton Road in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 0ยท58 perches.
Being portion of Lot 5, D.P. 2499, and being part Section 4, Evans Bay R.D.
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2026I.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103973, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken:
2 acres 2 roods 20 perches.
Being portion of Haukopua East Block.
Situated in Block V, Paekakariki Survey District (Wellington R.D.). (S.O. 20517.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107582, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1940.
