Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Kaupokonui Survey District, Taranaki Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of July, 1940.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
_do_th hereby cancel the reservation for a site for a post-office over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and _do_th hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 6·62 perches, more or less, being part Section 24, Town of Kaponga, Block XI, Kaupokonui Survey District, bounded: Towards the north and east by other part Section 24, 128·85 links; towards the south by Section 26, Town of Kaponga, 68·18 links ; and towards the west by Manaia Road, 60·67 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/7/222A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Ngatea Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
John William Neate,
Thomas Albert McClean,
Allan Douglas,
George Hunt,
Edward Hazledine Barber,
Alexander Constantine,
Allan Rupert Johnston,
Samuel Victor Barriball, and
Leonard Edgar Jackson
to be the Ngatea Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the tenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Ngatea Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
NGATEA DOMAIN.—AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Lot I, D.P. 29396, part of Section 25, Block I, Waihou Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 723, folio 202, Auckland Registry

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of July, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the executive Council of the said Dominion,
_do_th hereby cancel the reservation for municipal purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and _do_th hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Borough of Taihape, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 17·6 perches, more or less, being part of Section 84, Block XIV, Ohinewairua Survey District, and being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 192, folio 176, Wellington Registry. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by Railway land 1344 links and 218·3 links; towards the south and south-east by a public road 175·1 links and 300·41 links: generally towards the south by other part of the said Section 84, Block XIV, Ohinewairua Survey District, distance 371·69 links bearing 268° 28', distance 90·23 links bearing 293° 59' 40", distance 524·86 links bearing 313° 37'; and towards the south-west by the aforesaid public road 161·04 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. Recreation Reserve in Wellington Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of July, 1940.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Ngatiawa Park Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Ngatiawa Park Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
Lot 18, D.P. 10584, being part of Section 97, Porirua Registration District, Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District (Town of Pareamata Extension No. 12): Area, 34·88 perches. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1061A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
