Mining Privileges to be struck off the Register.

Mining Registrar’s Office, Westport, 19th June, 1940.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that unless sufficient cause to the contrary is shown within one month from the date hereof, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that unless sufficient cause to the contrary is shown within one month from the date hereof, the mining privilege mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

WHEREAS the mining privilege described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required by the Crown, and whereas it is deemed expedient to surrender such mining privilege, notice is therefore hereby given in pursuance of section 97 (4) of the Mining Act, 1926, that the said mining privilege is surrendered as from the date hereof.
