Mr. Cyril Carr, Schoolmaster, Royal Navy, appointed to H.M.S. “Philomel,” vice Taylor, to date 7th, June, 1940.

Mr. Colin James Taylor, Schoolmaster, New Zealand Naval Forces, appointed to H.M.S. “Achilles,” vice Carr, to date 7th June, 1940.

Lieutenant-Commander Richard Percy Nisbet, D.S.C., V.D., R.N.V.R. (New Zealand) (Retired), appointed temporary Lieutenant-Commander, Royal Naval Reserve (New Zealand), to date 2nd September, 1939, and reappointed to H.M.S. “Philomel” additional, for duty as Extended Defence Officer, Auckland, to date 2nd September, 1939.

Reverend Gordon Melville M’Kenzie, Honorary Chaplain, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand), appointed Temporary Chaplain, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand), to date 10th June, 1940, and appointed to H.M.S. “Achilles,” and for Squadron duties, to date 10th June, 1940, to be lent to H.M.S. “Philomel” for a period of about fourteen days and to join H.M.S. “Philomel” a.m. 11th June, 1940.
