Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee.

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed Wilfred Harold Chudley of the Public Trust Office, Hastings, to be deputy of the District Public Trustee, Hastings, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters from any cause, and all previous warrants appointing any deputy of the said District Public Trustee have been revoked. NEW ZEALAND.—SOUTH ISLAND.—BLUFF HARBOUR.

Dredging operations.

Position: Lat., 46° 36′ S.; long., 168° 19′ E. (approx.).

Details: The dredger will be operating in the swinging basin for the next few months about 500 ft. westward of the light vessel. All vessels not in charge of a pilot should ascertain by signal if the dredger is clear of the channel before entering.

Auckland Grocers’ Shop Managers’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 1434, situated at Auckland, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date hereof.
