Major R. E. Murray, The Wellington Regiment (City of Wellington’s Own), relinquishes his appointment in the N.Z. Temporary Staff on being seconded for duty with the 2nd N.Z. Expeditionary Force. Dated 26th May, 1940.
Lieutenant O. G. Hooton, B.D.S. (N.Z.), relinquishes the appointment of Dental Officer, Papakura Military Camp, and is attached to the Royal N.Z. Air Force Station, Hobsonville. Dated 27th May, 1940.
Captain (acting Major) J. A. S. Mackenzie, N.Z. Dental Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Principal Dental Officer, Papakura Military Camp, and the acting rank of Major on being seconded for duty with the 2nd N.Z. Expeditionary Force. Dated 27th May, 1940.
Lieutenant T. V. Anson, B.D.S., to be Captain, and is appointed Principal Dental Officer, Papakura Military Camp, with the acting rank of Major while so employed. Dated 28th May, 1940.
