Land proclaimed as Road, Road closed, and Land taken, in Blocks IV and VIII, Tokatoka Survey District, and Block V, Matakohe Survey District, Otamatea County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Tokatoka and Matakohe Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
