Crown Land set apart for a Road in the City of Christchurch.

[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a road; and I
do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the tenth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
3 roods 0·2 perches.
Being part Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 11482, being part Rural
Section 154.

Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.).
(S.O. 7144.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106123,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
May, 1940.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road ; and I
do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the tenth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 acre
2 roods 10 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 2, Whangarei Parish. (D.P. 27013.)

Situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District (Borough
of Whangarei) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30395.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
107140, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of
May, 1940.
