Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under
Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
Fish Retailing.
NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been
received from the following for licenses to conduct
the business of fish retailing at the respective premises
indicated :-

(2) W. Skeoch, 31 Mitchell Avenue, Mornington, Dunedin.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected
by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the
undersigned not later than the 13th June, 1940. All repre-
sentations must set out clearly the grounds for same and
(where applicable) include a statement showing the average
monthly turnover of the business of the person making the
representations, and the extent to which it is considered
the granting of these applications would affect such turnover.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been
received from J. Watson for a license to take fish for
sale at Katikati by means of the fishing-vessel "Katoa"
using drag-nets, and long and hand lines.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected
by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application,
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the
undersigned not later than the 13th June, 1940.
