HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Joseph Saywell Tosland,
Alexander James Clarke,
Ronald MacGillivray Cathie,
William Alfred Sheat, and
Reginald William Haseltine
to be the Pihama Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Saturday, the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred
and forty, at eleven o'clock a.m., as the time when, and the
Domain Pavilion, as the place where, the first meeting of
the Board shall be held.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of Portion
of the Ormond Domain, Gisborne Land District, for the
Purposes of the Waihirere and Gray's Bush Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the
moneys received in respect of that portion of the Ormond
Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the
date hereof lying to the credit of the said portion, a sum
not exceeding two hundred and fifty pounds shall be applied
in managing, administering, and improving the Waihirere
and Gray's Bush Domain, described in the Second Schedule
hereto.

ALL that area in Block I, Waimata Survey District, con-
taining by admeasurement 107 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more
or less, being the section marked "Bush Reserve," and being
the land referred to in the Order in Council dated 1st August,
1910, and published in Gazette No. 75 of the 4th of that
month, at page 3115.

to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for
a technical school.

roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after
the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and
management of the Christchurch City Council.
