NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act, 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 17th day of May, 1940, cancelled the registry of Saint Therese Branch, No. 849, of The New Zealand District of the Hibernian-Australasian Catholic Benefit Society (Register No. 198/101), held at Motueka, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

NOTICE is hereby given that J. Wildridge and Sinclair (New Zealand), Limited, by special resolution dated the 29th day of April, 1940, resolved :—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that ALFRED HERMAN GYLLIES and GEORGE NIGEL GLEDSTANES MORRIS, of Auckland, Public Accountants, be and they are hereby appointed liquidators of the company.”

Ordinary Weekly Gazette: For the first 32 pages, 9d. increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
