Change of Name of Ngahinepouri-Koromatua Bobby Calf Pool Area.
Pursuant to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of producers in the area of land hitherto defined as the Ngahinepouri-Koromatua Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area are desirous that such area be defined as the Waipa West Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area, do hereby declare that such area be henceforth defined as the Waipa West Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 23rd day of May, 1940.

Declaring Additional Area to be Part of the Drury Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
Pursuant to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be part of the Drury Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area defined by notice given under the hand of William Lee Martin, Acting Minister of Marketing, on the 29th day of June, 1939, and published in the Gazette on the same day at page 1901, do hereby declare the additional area of land defined in the said Schedule to be part of the Drury Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area accordingly, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 23rd day of May, 1940.
SCHEDULE.
Drury Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.โAdditional Area.
All that area of land lying entirely within the Franklin County and bounded by a line commencing at the point where the southern boundary of Block VIII, Drury Survey District, crosses the Hingaia Creek; thence proceeding in a westerly direction along the said boundary-line to the point where it meets the western boundary of Block VIII, Drury Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a westerly direction to the Drury-Pukekohe Road at the south-eastern corner of Section 85, Block VII, Drury Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a north-westerly direction to the point where the Oira Creek is met by the southern boundary of Section 62, Block VII, Drury Survey District; thence continuing in a straight line across country in a northerly direction to the point where the north-western boundary of Section 62, Block VII aforesaid, meets the road forming the western boundary of Section 187, Block VII, Drury Survey District; thence continuing along the boundary-line of the Drury Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area as previously defined at page 1901 in the New Zealand Gazette No. 49 of the 29th June, 1939, in an easterly, thence in a southerly direction to the original place of commencement at the point where the southern boundary of Block VIII, Drury Survey District, crosses the Hingaia Creek.

Redefining a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
Pursuant to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land defined as aforesaid, to be a bobby calf marketing pool area for the purposes of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 23rd day of May, 1940.
SCHEDULE.
Waihi Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
All that area of land wholly situated within the Ohinemuri and the Tauranga Counties and bounded by a line commencing at the point where the southern boundary of the Waihi Block, Block III, Waihi North Survey District, meets the coast; thence continuing along the said boundary in a westerly direction until it meets the north-western corner of Section 1, Block I, Katikati North Survey District; thence along the northern boundaries of Sections 8, 2A, 2B, 2c, 6, 7, and 3, Block I, Katikati North Survey District, to the point where the northern boundary of Section 3 at Waiau meets the Waihi-Tauranga railway-line; thence in a straight line across country in a south-westerly direction to the Trig. Station Mc, 1,219 ft.; thence from this point following the Mount Eden-Maketu meridional circuit boundary in a south-westerly direction to the point where it meets the western boundary of P.T.I, Section 3, Block VIII, Aroha Survey District; thence from this point in a straight line across country in a north-westerly direction to the Trig. Station 67c, 1,850 ft.; thence from this point across country again in a north-westerly direction to the point where the western boundary of Section 37, Block II, Aroha Survey District, meets the Waitawheta Stream; thence following the said Waitawheta Stream in a north-westerly direction to the junction of the said stream with the Waihou River; thence following the said Waihou River up-stream to the point where it is met by the Rahu Road at Section 35, Block XIV, Ohinemuri Survey District; thence following the said Rahu Road in a northerly direction to the point where it meets the eastern boundary of Section 40, Block XIV, Ohinemuri Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a north-easterly direction to the Whakamoehau 1858 Trig. Station; thence continuing in a straight line across country in a north-easterly direction to the Trig. Station 88B in the Whangamata Block; thence continuing in a straight line across country to the junction of the Otahu and the Waiharakeke Rivers; thence following the southern bank of the Otahu River to meet the sea-coast and continuing along the sea-coast in a southerly direction to meet the southern boundary of the Waihi Block, Block III, Waihi North Survey District, the original point of commencement.

Pukekohe Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
All that area of land in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the point where the Mangawhera Stream enters the Waikato River; thence following the said stream in a north-westerly direction to the point where it meets the Puni-Otaua Road; thence following the said road in a south-westerly direction to the junction of the said road and the Eastern Drain Road; thence following the Eastern Drain Road in a northerly direction to the point where the said road is met by the northern boundary of Section 243, Waiuku East Parish; thence continuing in a south-westerly direction along the drain forming the northern boundaries of Sections 243, 244, and 245 of the parish aforesaid, to the road forming the eastern boundary of Section 220, Waiuku East Parish, Block I, Onewhero Survey District; thence northerly along that road to the north-eastern corner of Section 235, Waiuku East Parish, Block I aforesaid; thence along a right line to the road intersection at the north-eastern corner of Lot 1 on I.T. plan 23041, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence along the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 7 and 12, Block XIII, Drury Survey District, to the northernmost corner of the said Section 12; thence south-easterly along the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 38, and 39, Block XIV, Drury Survey District, to the southernmost corner of Lot 5 on D.P. 1416; thence north-easterly along the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 36, 34, and 31, Block XIV aforesaid, to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 1416, and Lot 3, D.P. 20000, to the northernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Lots 1 and 20 of Section 3, Puni Parish, Block XVI, Drury Survey District, to the northernmost corner of Lot 20; thence along a right line to the road intersection at the north-western corner of Lot 8 on D.P. 10637;
