A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Paritutu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:-

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 5·87 Section 60, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred; coloured blue.
0 0 10·22 Lot 2, D.P. 62, being part Section 61, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred; coloured pink.

Situated in Block X, Paritutu Survey District. (S.O. 7856.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106919, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of May, 1940.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 roods 23·5 perches.

Being portion of Reserve 3723; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 24·7 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Reserves 2915 and 3723; coloured green.
