Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License
under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
Manufacture of Paper-Pulp and Paper Products.
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been
received from P. Cropper, Auckland (on behalf of a
company to be formed) for a license to engage in the industry
of “the manufacture of paper-pulp or paper products”
to the extent of manufacturing corrugated board, common
tissues, and fibre-containing board with plant designed
primarily for the use of waste paper.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected
by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the
undersigned not later than the 22nd May, 1940.

canner’s license has been received from E. Barnes,
Bluff.
