NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, the registration of the Ohura District Coal-miners' Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 1447, situated at Tatu, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date hereof.
