ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods
18 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 1s, Puketi
Settlement, bounded: Towards the north-east and south-east
by Section 34, Block XV, Kaeo Survey District, 554·7 links
and 886·9 links respectively, and towards the west by a public
road 1404·8 links.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre
1 rood 4 perches, more or less, being portion of O.L.C. 15
(part Puketi Settlement), bounded: Towards the north-east
by part Section 5, Block XV, Kaeo Survey District, 588·2
links; towards the south-east by part Section 7, Block XV
aforesaid, 386·8 links; and towards the west generally by
Section 34, Block XV aforesaid, 139·8 links and 601·7 links
respectively. Be all the aforesaid admeasurements a little
more or less.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan
marked L. and S. 21/166 “B,” deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red. (North Auckland plans 23941 (4) and 20543.)

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me
by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, George
Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
shall be, and the same are hereby set apart for the purposes
of Part I of the said Act.

RESERVES 1698, 1703, 1705, 1707, 2741, 2772, 1652, 2742,

and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare any lands of the Crown to be subject to the provisions of that section to enable certain readjustment of leases and licenses to be carried into effect:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the lands described in the Schedule hereto should be subject to the provisions of the said section:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by subsection one of the aforesaid section twenty-three, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date of gazetting hereof, the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the said section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939.
