THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 36

Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a road; and I do hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land set apart:—

Situated in Block IX, Tuhua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29936.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102924, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of April, 1940.

Crown Land set apart for a Road in the City of Christchurch.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land set apart:—

All being parts Rural Section 76.

Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7134.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105475, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 roods 37·2 perches.

Being part Lot 9, D.P. 1088, being part Rural Section 154.

Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7139.)
