Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License
under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Taking of Fish for Sale.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been
received from Mr. M. N. Sarcich for a license to take
fish for sale at Paremata by means of the vessel “Lussin.”
Any person who considers he will be materially affected
by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application,
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the
undersigned not later than the 26th April, 1940.
