LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 493, folio 28 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land situated in Blocks 11 and III of the Maketu Survey District, called Kenana No. 2b No. 13a, whereof JOHN MAILMAN, of Te Puke, Farmer, was the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof in the name of JOHN ALEXANDER MONTROSE WITHEROW, of Te Puke, Farmer, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 28th day of March, 1940.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title in the name of HEPERI POHE, of Taihape, a Native within the meaning of the Native Land Act, 1931, for 25 acres 0·75 perches, more or less, situate in Block V of the Ohinewairua Survey District, being part of Motukawa 2b 13a, the said parcel of land being more particularly shown bordered green on deposited plan No. 8927, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 408, folio 100 (Wellington Registry), and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
