A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Cape Campbell Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 11·5 perches.
Being portion of Section 36, Flaxbourne R.D.; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 10 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 36, Flaxbourne R.D.; coloured green.

All situated in Block XVIII, Cape Campbell Survey District. (S.O. R 509/79.)

All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103669, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, as extended by section four of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1932, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Hohoura East Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby resume the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
