A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waiwera Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105809, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of March, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Wangaehu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 22·6 perches.

Being portion of Block XXVIII, Rangitikei District; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 21·7 perches.

Adjoining part Block XXVIII, Rangitikei District; coloured green.

All situated in Block XVI, Wangaehu Survey District. (S.O. 20254.)

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103741, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of March, 1940.
