Land taken for Buildings of the General Government, in Block VII, Omapere Survey District, subject to a Leasehold Interest.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government subject to the leasehold interest in portion of Lot 3, D.P. 16475 (Town of Bothaville Extension No. 2), being part Allotment 1, Okaihau Parish, created by an unregistered lease dated the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, between Charles Alexander Michie, of Okaihau, Settler, and Montague Howarth Prior, of Okaihau, Mechanic; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of March, 1940.

[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 3 roods 24 perches. Being Section l, Block VII, Town of Opua.
Situated in Block V, Russell Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30323.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103948, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of March, 1940.

[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods. Being Lot 30, D.P. 13120, being part Allotment 92, Waikomiti Parish.
Situated in Block VII, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30727.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106562, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of March, 1940.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of March, 1940.
