Land taken at Rata (North Island Main Trunk Railway) for a Site for a Dwelling for an Employee of the Government Railways Department.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Government Railways Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a dwelling-site for an employee of the Government Railways Department.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 8Β·1 perches. Part Lot 6A, D.P. 286, of Hapopo Block.

Situated in Block IX, Ongo Survey District, Rangitikei County. (S.O. 20306.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5974, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of January, 1940.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks IV and V, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 0 roods 19 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 51, Mangonui Parish.

Situated in Blocks IV and V, Mangonui Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29511.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104385, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1940.
