SCHEDULE.
SITUATED within the Hutt County—
All that area consisting of that portion of the Paremata-Plimmerton Main Highway No. 524 commencing at the junction of the said main highway with the Wellington-Auckland via Taranaki Main Highway, proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction, and terminating at a point 40 chains measured along the said main highway in a northerly direction from the said junction.

Wigram Aerodrome.
In the matter of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1935, and in the matter of the Wigram Aerodrome situated at Sockburn in the Provincial District of Canterbury.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1935, I, Robert Semple, the Minister of Public Works, do hereby give notice, for the purpose of making the Wigram Aerodrome safe for aviation purposes :—

That I prohibit the erection, placing, or extension without my consent of any building, pole, mast, or other structure of any kind on the land described in the Schedule hereto beyond a height of five feet above the ground-level of the said land.

That I limit the height to which trees may be grown on the land described in the said Schedule to the height beyond which the erection, placing, or extension without my consent of any building, pole, mast, or other structure is prohibited by the preceding clause hereof.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece of land containing approximately 11·4 acres, being part of Lot 2, D.P. 3528, being part Rural Section 874, Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 279, folio 12, Canterbury Registry, such land being shown edged red on the plan marked P.W.D. 105003, deposited in my office at Wellington.

The Strike and Lockout Emergency Regulations 1939.—Appointment of Emergency Disputes Committee.
IN pursuance of the powers in that behalf conferred upon me by the Strike and Lockout Emergency Regulations 1939, I, Patrick Charles Webb, Minister of Labour, do hereby appoint the following persons to be an Emergency Disputes Committee for the purposes of the said regulations and refer to that committee a dispute which has arisen between W. and R. Fletcher (N.Z.), Ltd., and the Auckland Abattoir Assistants and United Freezing Works Employees Industrial Union of Workers :—

NEW ZEALAND.—NORTH ISLAND.—AUCKLAND HARBOUR. Protected Anchorage and Buoys to be established.
Position : Panmure Bridge. Lat., 36° 54′4′ S.; long., 174° 51·6′ E. (approx.).
Details : All that area of Tamaki River extending 5 cables north-eastward of Panmure Bridge, except a channel 260 ft. wide through the area and on each side of Tamaki Wharf, has been established as a protected anchorage for yachts and launches. The channel will shortly be marked by two red buoys on the starboard hand and two black buoys on the port hand.

NEW ZEALAND.—NORTH ISLAND.—TARANAKI BIGHT. Air Firing Danger Area established.
Position : Rangitikei River entrance. Lat., 40° 18′ S.; long., 175° 14′ E. (approx.).
Details : The area within 5 miles of the coast between a line 242° 5 miles from the Turakina River entrance and a line 264° from the Rangitikei River entrance has been established as a bombing, air firing, and towed-target range. Mariners and other persons concerned are warned not to enter the area as firing may take place at any time.

THE following claim for the registration of school colours, &c., has been made in accordance with the regulations published in the New Zealand Gazette on 12th August, 1915, and amendments thereto.
The claim will be registered unless objection is received by me within forty days of the publication hereof.
HOROWHENUA COLLEGE.
COLOURS—Crimson and cream.
Badge—Triangle, base uppermost, and edged with crimson, blue fleur-de-lis in each corner and the letters “H.C.” in monogram in upper section of triangle. A cream scroll also edged with crimson bearing in blue the motto “Essayez” superimposed over the apex of the triangle.

Fish Retailing.
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been received from Mrs. M. J. Devine for a license to conduct the business of fish retailing at premises in Manurewa, Auckland.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 31st January, 1940. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and (where applicable) include a statement showing the average monthly turnover of the business of the person making the representations, and the extent to which it is considered the granting of the application would affect such turnover.
