NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of the above-entitled regulations under the above-entitled Act.

Serial number: 1940/43.

Date of enactment: 7th day of March, 1940.

Copies can be purchased at the Government Printing and Stationery Office, Lambton Quay, Wellington. Price for cash with order 9d., plus postage 1d. extra. Prices for quantities supplied on application. Copies may be ordered by quoting above serial number.

PURSUANT to the Hides Emergency Regulations 1940, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, hereby appoint

John Paterson Mackay, Esquire, Wellington,
Alexander Augustus Moore, Esquire, Johnsonville,
Alexander Paterson O'Shea, Esquire, Wellington,
George Preston Roberts, Esquire, Wellington,
William Valentine Watson, Esquire, Wellington, and
Sydney Launcelot Wright, Esquire, Christchurch,

to be, with the Director of the Export Division of the Marketing Department and the Director-General of the Department of Agriculture, members of the Hides Committee for the purposes of the regulations.
