NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company,
by entry in its minute-book on the 28th February,
1940, resolved by way of special resolution as follows:—
(a) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
(b) That Mr. A. J. Roberts, of Newmarket, Garage-
proprietor, be appointed liquidator.

TALISMAN DUBBO GOLD MINES, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general
meeting of the Talisman Dubbo Gold Mines, Limited,
will be held on Thursday, the 14th day of March, 1940, at
11 a.m., at which a resolution for voluntary winding up is
to be proposed; and that a meeting of the creditors of
the said company will be held pursuant to section 234 of
the Companies Act, 1933, at the Chamber of Commerce, small
room, Swanson Street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 14th day
of March, 1940, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, at which meeting
a full statement of the position of the company's affairs,
together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount
of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which
meeting the creditors in pursuance of section 235 of the said
Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the said
company, and in pursuance of section 236 of the said Act,
may appoint a committee of inspection.

Bells Limited (in liquidation) will be held in the office
of Messrs. Stewart Bell, Limited, Cumberland Street, Dunedin,
on Friday, 5th day of April, 1940, at 7.30 p.m., for the
purposes of receiving an account of the manner in which the
winding up of the company's affairs has been conducted and
its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation
thereon, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution
the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of
the company and of the liquidator thereof shall be disposed
of.
