Land taken for the Purposes of a Secondary School in the Borough of Hawera.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9·73 perches. Being portion of Lot 14, D.P. 76, being part Section 8, Town of Hawera.

Situated in the Borough of Hawera. (S.O. 7841.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104447, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1940.

Land taken for a Public School in Block I, Campbeltown Hundred, Borough of Bluff.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Southland; as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood. Being Lot 11, Block VIII, Township of Campbeltown East (D.P. 225), being part Section 7, Block I, Campbeltown Hundred (Borough of Bluff) (Southland R.D.).

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105624, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of February, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 39·3 perches.

Being Section 23 (Wairau Native Block), Block XII, Cloudy Bay Survey District. (S.O. 1703/77.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106309, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of February, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
