34 and others of Section 8 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and
all the land in certificate of title, 45/31 (Auckland Registry),
whereof ELIZABETH KATE HEALY, of Auckland, Married
Woman, is the registered mortgagee, having been lodged with
me together with an application to register dealings affecting
the said mortgage without production of the said outstanding
copy, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such
dealings accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days
from 22nd day of February, 1940.
