Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Fish Retailing.

AN application has been received from A. E. Amey, Pukerua Bay, for a license to commence to carry on the business of fish retailing at premises situated on the Main Road at Johnsonville.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 2nd January, 1941.

Fisheries Industries.

APPLICATIONS have been received from W. C. Timothy, Wainui, Banks Peninsula, for a license to take fish for sale around Banks Peninsula by means of the fishing-vessel “Ikarere,” using long lines, hand lines, drag-nets, and set-nets, and for a license to retail his catches by means of hawking in the Banks Peninsula District.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 2nd January, 1941.

AN application has been received from A. E. Evans, Waihi, for a license to take fish for sale around Waihi by means of the fishing-vessel “Dora,” using long lines and hand lines.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 2nd January, 1941.
