Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waipa County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block IX, Waiwera Survey District, to be Government Road.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 18th day of December, 1940.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be Government road : 3 roods 10·2 perches.
Adjoining part Allotment 84, Pukeatua Parish, on D.P. 22419, and part Allotment 307, Pukeatua Parish.
Situated in Block IX, Waiwera Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31345.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109180, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of December, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

The Eastern Side of Portion of the Blenheim-Nelson Main Highway exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 18th day of December, 1940.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Main Highways Board on the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, viz.:—
“The Main Highways Board, being the local authority having control of the No. 52 Blenheim-Nelson Main Highway, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of the portion of the said highway fronting part Section 1, District of Suburban North, Block IX, Wakapuaka Survey District”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of the Blenheim-Nelson Main Highway (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Nelson Land District, known as the Blenheim-Nelson Main Highway fronting part Section 1, District of Suburban North, Block IX, Wakapuaka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109290, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
