A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

A. R. P. Being
0 0 30·66 Part Lots 14 and 15, Township of Casanova Extension No. 1, D.P. 4022, and being part Section 10.
0 0 6·61 Part Section 10.

Situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 168, Tn.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108917, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of December, 1940.
